Crest Nicholson Launches Innovative Mortgage Support Scheme in Hampshire
Crest Nicholson, a leading UK developer, has introduced a groundbreaking mortgage support scheme in Hampshire, dubbed ‘Rate Reducer’. This innovative initiative, launched in collaboration with Own New, aims to make it easier for buyers to access lower rate mortgages.

Under the scheme, Crest Nicholson contributes between 3% to 5% of the purchase price of an eligible new build home, allowing buyers to access a regular mortgage but at a reduced rate for the initial period of fixed interest. This could lower a buyer’s mortgage rate by up to 3.19%, resulting in significant monthly savings of up to £897.
“We are keen to do all we can to help people get on or move up the property ladder, as we help thousands of customers across Hampshire to realise their home ownership dreams.” - Eileen Guihen, Sales and Marketing Director and Deputy Managing Director at Crest Nicholson South
Crest Nicholson has housing developments in both Centenary Quay and Bishop’s Waltham.
