Just Mortgages Hires Zarah Gulfraz as Northern Area Director

Just Mortgages has hired Zarah Gulfraz as its new area director for the north. Gulfraz, who is based in Manchester, will work with self-employed brokers across the region to develop their business plans, identify opportunities, and grow through recruitment. She will also advise on in-house training, compliance, and marketing.

Gulfraz brings a wealth of experience to her new role

Gulfraz was previously head of mortgage sales at Loans.co.uk for just under a year. Prior to that, she spent five years at Molo Mortgages, leaving as sales manager. With 15 years of experience in the industry, Gulfraz has a strong background in mortgage servicing, underwriting, pre-application, and post-submission work.

“I’ve always been hugely passionate about advice and using my skills to help brokers get to where they want to be,” Gulfraz said.

Just Mortgages head of mortgages and protection, Ben Allkins, praised Gulfraz’s appointment, saying: “Rather than hires that add unnecessary processes or red tape, we look for those that can add real value to our brokers. With her wealth of experience across the industry, Zarah is a fantastic example and will be a real resource for brokers in the region.”
